Oral Presenter Instructions

Time: Each paper in an oral session is allocated 13 minutes. Additional 2 minutes are allocated for questions by the session chairs, switching between speakers and introducing the next speaker. You have to finish your presentation once your time is up. Do not exceed the given time limit.
Testing laptop: Oral speakers use their own laptop. They must test-run the laptop in combination with the audio equipment 20 minutes before the session starts or earlier. VGA display port will be provided.
Arrival time: Oral presenters should be present at the session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Introduce yourself to your session chair in the presentation room
Upload your slides on USB drive to conference computer or test your laptop
If you use conference computer, remember to embed (and not link) all videos into the presentation
A laser-pointer and microphone will be provided
Conference Laptop will support Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Powerpoint 2010/2013
