- Full registration (both regular and student) fee include welcome reception, banquet, lunches and coffee breaks, attendance to all the conference sessions and a USB stick with conference proceedings
- Full time students MUST provide valid proofs (copy of a valid student ID card or a letter from their institutions or program directors) by e-mail ( apiems2016@gmail.com ) when submitting their registration and payment
- Accompanying person includes Welcome Reception, Banquet, and lunch
- Each paper must have at least one registration. Registrations without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received. A confirmation of registration will be sent upon full payment

- 全額註冊費包含一份會議資料、會議期間午餐、歡迎晚會、咖啡、飲料、點心以及大會晚宴費用。
- 學生註冊費包含一份會議資料、會議期間午餐、歡迎晚會、咖啡、飲料、點心，但不包含大會晚宴費用。註冊學生可另購大會晚宴餐卷NTD $1,500。
- 每篇會議論文的發表與出版至少要繳交一筆註冊費。
- 科技部補助本研討會部分經費，故臺灣學者之註冊費予以酌減。
